Little dispersal while spraying, people and workshop friendly. 92% coating ratio! Outstanding coating rate (when using the long nozzle)and the excellent coating efficiency ( can be used with excellent efficiency.)


Aerosol product labels indicate the content including the propellant (LPG gas, etc.). The actual content of the liquid coating material is only about 40% of the content on the label.


Based on the above data, it is possible to use the coating with excellent efficiency. The coating efficiency is excellent with minimum (hardly any) wasteful fumes.

Since it is a cartridge type, work efficiency is enhanced by direct coating from the container. The only equipment required is the special gun. No need to clean spray guns, cups, painters or other tools! Changing colors requires only a simple exchange of cartridges. Being a bellows type, backward (360??q) spraying is also possible.

Since it is a cartridge type, it generates much less refuse both in volume and weight than can types. It is also safe since it contains no flammable gases.

Longer lasting luster than conventional chassis black


Comparison of luster retention after 24-hour immersion in tap water and calcium chloride. Measurements were made at 20% and 60% exposures and the luster reflectance ratio was measured.

Usage method


(1) Connect the air hose to the gun and set the bellows (2).
Note 1: Refer to the handling manual of the pressure reducing valve

(2) Press the adapter into the end of the gun until it snaps into place.

(3) Remove the pin in the end of the adapter. Note: Likewise remove the pin if the end is short.

(4) Pull the dial of the pressure reducing valve outward (3), release the lock and twist the dial (4) to the left and right and adjust the air pressure within the range of 0.1-0.3MPa (5).

(5) Press the trigger and proceed with the coating.


(6) If you suspend work before finishing, be sure to insert the pin back in the adapter before storing it.


(7) After the work is finished, remove the container from the gun and discard it.

 
Precautions
  1. Take thorough care when removing the pin in order to avoid leaks.
  2. The regulator dial is set to "0" (fully open) for shipment. Adjust the air pressure by gradually twisting the regulator dial in the open direction.
  3. Some time lags may occur when spraying; however, this is not a functional problem.
  4. After finishing the work, detach the adapter from the gun after inserting the pin in the adapter.
