Flaw Check

Nichimoly Flaw Check is a dye penetrant flaw detecting agent that rapidly and precisely detects minute flaws opening on the surface of materials or products. It consists of three fluids, a cleaning and removal fluid, penetrating fluid and developing agent. As a simple and highly reliable inspection method, it can be used for surface inspections of rolled materials (steel plate, steel bar, steel pipe), forged parts, molded parts, welds, plastics, ceramic ware and ceramic materials, etc.
