| 1969 - August | The company was merged with Daiwa Kosan Co.Ltd. a subsidiary of Osaka Shipbuilding Co.Ltd. and renamed Nippon Molybdenum Co.Ltd. Capital was ¥110 million. It had a two operating division structure consisting of the Nichimoly Division and Quarry Division. |
| 1978 - November | The Nichimoly Division was split off as an independent unit and the new company with the name Nippon Molybdenum Co.Ltd. was launched with ¥100 million in capital. |
| 1987 - March | The company was merged with Century System I Co.Ltd. a subsidiary of Osaka Shipbuilding Co,Ltd. A new computer system division was established and, at the same time, the trade name was changed from Nippon Molybdenum Co.Ltd. to Nichimoly Century System I Co. Ltd. |
